This 3-8mm DC iris lens is the most popular lens in the Pentax
Day / Night range and, because it has an aperture of F1.0, this
lens is excellent for use in very low light conditions. It is
designed for use with switchable Day / Night cameras but will
perform equally well on conventional Colour or B&W cameras.
The lens will see no focus shift regardless of the wavelength
of light rays in the scene (natural or artificial) between 400
and 900 nm (nanometers). With a 1/3" CCD camera this lens
will produce a horizontal angle of view from 93.21 degrees to
35.27 degrees. This lens will supply the camera with a high
resolution image, true colour rendition, good light transmission
comes with a 12cm lead with panaplug as standard and is also
available with a video drive auto iris.

The Pentax 2.8-12mm DC iris varifocal lens is an ideal multi
purpose lens for use where you are unsure of the correct focal
length of lens in an installation requiring a wider angle of
view.
It may be fitted to conventional colour or B&W 1/3"
CCD cameras. With a 1/3" CCD camera this lens will produce
a horizontal angle of view from 93.29 degrees to 23.50 degrees.
This lens will supply the camera with a high resolution image,
true colour rendition and good light transmission. |
