Installation
Every time Tully perform an installation they will produce a method statement and will assign a project manager. These measures ensure a safe and efficient installation.

For every Tully installation carried out a method statement is used. The purpose of a method statement is to provide a safe system of work for the installation of the Tully equipment. The method statement is a comprehensive step-by-step account of the installation work required to install a Tully Equipment and takes account of the following:

• Potential health, safety and environmental risks and hazards to which Tully staff or subcontractors, Client or the public may be exposed to whilst the works are carried out;

• risks of damage to Tully plant, Client plant, assets, structures or infrastructure;

• difficulties that may be encountered in conducting the work;

• special plant or procedures needed;

• full recognition of Zeag or Client, rules and procedures or statutory regulations;

• how the work is to be conducted to remove or minimise the hazards, risks and difficulties;

• assessment of the way work is to be carried out and liaison with the Client and other contractors;

• any necessary permits or procedures;

Every project carried out is assigned a Tully Project Manager. The Tully Project Manager is responsible for:

• ensuring a method statement is produced to detail any work to be undertaken on site;

• ensuring that a matrix of works processes and activities, with associated risks and hazards, is compiled for the work defined in this method statement;

• ensuring the method statement is revised as necessary (including any relevant addendum), particularly after a variation to contract has been issued, to cover any new or changed items of work;

• ensuring no work is conducted before receipt of the Designated Employers Representatives signed assurance (unless deemed approved) of the method statement and approved access has been provided;

• ensuring that the relevant personnel receive controlled copies of this method statement.

• ensuring that staff are appropriately trained and certified to conduct the work described in this method statement;

• ensuring compliance with this method statement.

• ensuring the Client/Project Manager is aware on a daily basis of works program.

These measures ensure a safe and efficient installation of your Tully security solution.
