Company History

|
Tully's heritage goes back to 1919, manufacturing equipment
for the town gas industry in Newark. It was not until the nationalisation
of the gas industry that Tully expanded its portfolio of products
and built barriers, gates, turnstiles and actuators. In 1984
Tully was acquired by FKI and moved to Halifax.
A further acquisition was made in 1988 of
Godwin Warren to increase the portfolio of products to include
car parking equipment and heavy duty barriers supplying British
Rail and BAA.
Wellman bought and created Tully Perimeter
Security and Parking Technology in 1994 and sold these companies
in 1998 to PES, Parking Equipment Service, based at Merton,
and part of the Hallmark Industries Group.
In 2002 Hallmark acquired Zeag, manufacturers
of car parking revenue systems and consolidated with PES to
create Zeag (UK)Ltd. Tully now operates in parallel and focuses
on the Security side of the business supplying and manufacturing
its core products of Access Control, Barriers, Turnstiles,
Gates to provide your intergrated security solutions.
