| Towards the close of your project you
will be introduced to you Area Service Manager who will be your
point of contact within Tully after the installation. Tully
also provide ParkCare services, which will meet all your service
and maintenance needs.
We take care of problems before they cause
trouble. Fixing things in this way invariably saves money
and avoids costly downtime. We prefer to measure uptime!
Key to our Service delivery is Planned Maintenance
and all equipment installed by Tully has a planned routine
maintenance schedule which is programmed against each piece
of equipment rather than the entire site. This ensures no
individual piece of equipment is missed and ensures low downtime
and maximum uptime. All Planned Maintenance dates are programmed
automatically and could be changed by mutual consent to avoid
busy periods.
Our usual Planned Maintenance routine is
2 visits per year per piece of equipment. Each piece of equipment
is uniquely identified via our dedicated Service Management
system and PM calls form a vital part of maintenance program.
We offer National UK coverage and all technicians are fully
Tully trained - we have our own full time dedicated training
manager - and all product and engineering courses are repeated
on a 6-month cycle. Training includes Health & Safety
on site.
